- Law-specific foreign language training in English, French and Spanish.
- Research assistant at the Chair of German, European and International Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law as well as White Collar Crime at LMU Munich.
- Carlo Schmid Fellow of the German Academic Exchange Service at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague (Netherlands).
- Legal clerkship at the Berlin Higher Regional Court with traineeships at the Berlin Regional Court, the Berlin Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Federal Ministry of Finance, and renowned law firms.
- Lawyer in leading international law firms (Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP) in the areas of white-collar/tax criminal law and compliance.

Andreas advises and defends clients nationwide in all areas of commercial and tax criminal law as well as criminal law compliance. He represents individuals and companies before tax authorities, public prosecutors’ offices, and courts, as well as in the context of internal investigations. Insofar as there is a connection to criminal compliance issues, he also appears before civil courts, e.g., in liability litigation, as well as in professional law proceedings. In individual cases, he also acts as a defence lawyer in general criminal law.
In addition to his native German, he speaks English, French and Spanish.
Andreas is a member of the Munich Bar Chamber of Lawyers (Rechtsanwaltskammer München), the Association of White Collar Criminal Law (Wirtschaftsstrafrechtliche Vereinigung), the German Institute for Compliance (Deutsches Institut für Compliance), the German Bar Association (Deutscher Anwaltverein), and the Munich Bar Association (Münchener Anwaltverein). He is the author of numerous specialist publications on criminal law and compliance topics and regularly lectures at conferences.
Andreas was born in Amberg in 1986. He is married and the father of a son. In his free time, he practices karate and is a passionate long-distance runner.
